E-mail Sending

Hi,

 

I have created a flow a few months ago and haven't updated it. Yesterday, a form was filled out and it sent an auto-email using Flow as expected. It should only send once. But, we received the e-mail twice. The first one with an added name of one of our executives at the start of the subject line and the second the one, the subject we expected.

Hi @JoshLazaro,

 

I afraid that you have another flow that also runs when a response is submitted and this flow send the extra email.

 

Please check if you any other flow that would be triggered when when a response is submitted.

 

Also you could go to the run history of the flow  to see if it has run for two times.
