Email notification bug in email body composing - gets locked into code-only view

There is a bug in the "Send an email notification (V3)" action, at least on Chrome.

If you switch the email body to </> code view there is no way to switch it back to WYSIWYG mode. Even closing and reopening the flow. It's stuck in code view.

This is annoying as sometimes I add a little HTML but often our users need to edit the email body and they aren't all HTML-aware.

Could this be fixed please?

Thanks,
David

Re: Email notification bug in email body composing - gets locked into code-only view

Hi @beebul,

This isn't a bug, it's a mechanism that Email USES when coding a view to preventing input from switching to an Html view.

If you want to switch to WYSIWYG mode, you should "Ctrl" + "A" to select all the content, then "Ctrl" + "X" it, click the Html view button, "Ctrl" + "V" to paste the content.Annotation 2019-09-13 100521.png
