I'm attempting to download flow runs via the "Download CSV" link but regardless of what flow or what type of run I always encounter an "Encountered internal server error" message with a tracking ID.
When I went to the Admin Center and attempted to download a flow runs CSV there, I received the same error message.
This post shows it isn't affecting just me, either. Ideas?

I have made a test on my side and don’t have the issue that you mentioned.
The screenshot of the CSV file of flow runs as below:
Please take a try to reopen Microsoft Flow and download CSV again, I think it may be a temporary issue.

Looks like this was a couple-day issue as it is now working for me as expected. Thank you!
It shows up today again for me.
I think microsft should host all their services on AWS to keep the availability better.
