Error when loading run detail information

I have a flow that sends Office 365 Outlook mails based on activity in a SharePoint List. I have some runs that ended with an error, but when I try to open the the run detail screen to see where the run went wrong I get the message " It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes or refresh the page now." I tried it several times spanning several days but the details will not show.

I have opened a support ticket with Microsoft Office 365 support and have received a work around. The problem was caused by a comma in the title for an action. I removed the comma from the title and now the run details screen is shown without an error.

Hi RebekkaAalbers,

Do you have other flows? Could you check the run details of other flows?

Which browser are you using?

Could you try to clear browser cache and login again to see if you will get the run details?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Hi Mabel Mao,

I have other flows and there I can view the run details.

I am using Google Chrome.

Clearing browser cache did not solve the issue.

I have the same issue in Edge.

Regards

Rebekka
