Failed Http Request - on adding Teams/Outlook Action

I want to report a bug that I find out while integrating Power portals and Power automate.

I have created a form, on the submission of that form it triggered the automate first step (When http request is requested) and flow run successfully.

But when I have added the action in the end to simply post message in the team chat or mail the message in the outlook. The flow does not work at all.

but on the manual test run, this flow displayed this error;

and the same flow works with no issues when I am doing the testing using automatically.
