When an item is created in a sharepoint list, I trigger an approval flow. The link to item property is not a hyperlink. It can't be clicked on to take me to the item details.
The link in the email above is not hyperlinked to the item. I can't click on it. I don't want to have to copy and paste it every time I need to view the item details as an approver.
I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
The link to item property is a hyperlink on my side, and I could click the link on received email on my outlook or on the approval center to get the item's details as below:
@v-yuazh-msftthanks, but it works on some peoples computers at work and not on others. Is it maybe some sort of Outlook or Office365 setting which I should change which hinders the use of hyperlinks in this type of email?
I'm seeing this on more and more of my people. They have to open the Original Message to use the hyperlink.
When I test on a dummy flow it works as expected but our primary flow is failing to create the correct hyperlink.
Anyone found a solution? I have found the link to work in the web version of Outlook or if they click the 'original' email but not working at all on the desktop version of Outlook. If there is a work around I'd love to hear.
