Flow Custom Actions dont show for respond link

We have a small issue with using the "Create an approval (V2)" with custom outcomes.

Flow Details

  1. Create An Approval(V2) with 3 outcomes {Approve,Modification Required, Reject}
  2. Send an email to user with respond link
  3. Wait for approval

Error Details

When user clicks on the respond link in step 2 they are taken to the flow approval and the approval task is opened by default. Only Approve/Reject are visible untill the user clicks one of the outcomes and then Approve/Modification Required/ Reject are visible as expected.

Guessing this is some kind of caching issue. Images attached.

Thanks

Hi @NotAlex ,

I did a test on my side, and neither Edge nor Chrome had a similar problem.

Please try clearing the browser cache and doing similar tests again.

By the way, the future Approval Respond interface may become like this, and will gradually be deployed to other area:

Hey @v-bacao-msft

I have tried this is another environment and on multiple computers after reseting cache and still get the same result.

Is your flow setup as below?

Thanks!

I'm seeing the exact same issue. When clicking the "Respond link" which comes from a "Create an approval" action, the custom responses are not shown. The default "Approve" and "Reject" options are shown. After clicking one of the Approve/Reject button, the message "You have chosen to undefined this request" shows and the buttons change to the custom options. For that point clicking the custom button works correctly. This is definitely not a cache issue.
