Hello,
My Flow: Microsoft Form --> Capture Request Submit Timestamp --> Approval --> Capture Approval Timestamp --> Send Email --> Store in DB
I've seen couple of posts mentioning that the flow doesn't trigger when the response is submitted. Sometimes the flow even skipped execution for some of my repsonses. Can anyone tell me how to configure flow to execute for every response submitted? The delay in triggering this flow is giving me inaccurate "Request Submit Timestamp". Also, I am not sure how to manually run flow if for any particualar response execution is failed.
Thanks!

Hi all,
Sorry for the late update.
Microsoft Form trigger has been updated.
Please check the following article for more details:
Building flows from scratch that handle Microsoft Forms responses

Until last week, Microsoft Forms, for example, would notify your flows once-an-hour about new survey responses. We shared some details about this last month, and promised that it would be resolved in mid-October. We have now improved this, so rather than waiting an hour for new data, form responses appear in Microsoft Flow nearly instantaneously (under a minute).

Hi @ppande,
Thanks for reporting this.
This is a known limitation for Microsoft Form trigger:
Not all trigger events for Microsoft Form would fire in Microsoft Flow.
The Prodoct team is aware of this, and currnetly are working on a fix.
Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Michael
Hello @v-micsh-msft
Thanks for your response.
We are planning to use Flow for our highly important approval process. If form doesn't trigger everytime then we need to find a workaround for that. Please suggest other options. Is there any such limitation with Sharepoint?
Thanks,
Pravin

Would love to know when this will be addressed, we were ready to switch from third-party solution to a Forms/Flow setup but this is a massive issue.
Is the Forms results Excel sheet visible anywhere, or can we get a notification on submission? Otherwise we'll be missing submissions.
Hello @JoshHarwood,
When a response is submitted in Microsoft form, it stores it and you can download excel sheet if you have rights. So your reponses are saved. Its just the flow part which doesn't trigger sometimes.
Thanks!
Any updates on this issue?
Any update @v-micsh-msft?
