I created a flow which triggers an action once a Work Item is closed in Azure DevOps.
Bug: when a work items is modified in a closed state, the flow is triggered again. This happens as many times the ticket is modified in the closed state.
Ideally the Flow should trigger only when the work item is moved to closed state.

Hi @Yash_Live ,
Could you share a screenshot of your flow?
According to your description, I have made the following test, however, the issue you’ve mentioned could not be reproduced by me.
First, start the flow with the trigger When a work item is closed, following by an action Compose.
After I changed the State of one item to Done. The flow was then triggered properly.
After that, in the closed state, I modified the item Description, Discussion. However, the flow was not triggered anymore.
Please share more details on the flow and run details to help reproduce this issue.
Best regards,
Mabel
