How can you create an simple appointement instead of meeting request so group members does not get ask for confirmation but event is added to group calendar?

Hi @Anonymous,
Which calendar service do you want to create your group calendar event in?
I suppose that you want to create a Outlook group calendar event (Appointment) on your side, is it true?
Creating a connection to Office 365 Outlook connector with a group account is not supported in Microsoft Flow, so I afraid that there is no way to create a Outlook group calendar event in Microsoft Flow currently.
In addition, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

I came across this looking for the ability to create an event without an email to the group itself and thought I would reply that there is an action to create a group event now. I have attached a photo from the Flow editor showing this. Now, it will still send an email, so not what I personally need, but thought I would share for anyone else coming across your response.
I also created another topic for desire here:
Office 365 Groups action to create a group appointment instead of an event.
