Flow missing but still running

I created a flow like two weeks ago. I see it running (I get a mail message when it runs), but I cannot find it anymore. It is not in my flows nor in team flows... How can I recover it?

Have you checked the flow under correct environment?

 

I have seen similar issues on the forum, I am afraid that you may need to open a support ticket for this issue so that your flow could be restored in the backend:

It seems that I need to pay to get some premium plan to get support other than this forum. This is infuriating, I already paid for my subscription but I am not able to submit a problem about getting my flow back, when it is aready known that flows dissapear.

 

If this is not extortion, I don't know what this is.

The reason why I suggest you submit a support ticket is that from there you could get the most qualified answer about this kind of issue. Community forum support is not able to check the backend of Flow, so we are not able to reproduce and resolve it for you.

 

Which Flow Plan are you using currently?

 

Could you give more clarification on your flow? How is it created?

 

I will try my best to involve more resources into this issue to help resolve it for you.
