I have created a recurrence flow to send notifications at a certian time of a day.
I have set up the timezone in the Recurrence step and also provided the Start Time. The frequency of Flow is Day and Interval is 1, so I am expecting a notfication daily at a given time as per the time zone. E.g. user need to get notification daily at 3.45PM IST time. But actually the notification is being triggered at 9.15PM even though I have set up the timezone to India.
I have seen another thread talking about the same issue:
It might be some issue about the trigger, I will test this out and will report to pg if I got the same result.
I have reproduced this issue and have escalated to the pg.
How start time is specified? With UTC 'Z' differentiator or without?
2017-07-12T07:00:00Z is UTC time stamp and 2017-07-12T07:00:00 is local time. Please try to change it and have a try.
I have tried to set the start time in both way with UTC differntiator 'Z' and without, but the notification was not sent as per time zone.
Also, per my understanding, if TimeZone field is supported in Recurrence step, it should take the preference over the differntiator character. Shouldn't it be the case?
