I am using free plan and created a flow to extract zip files dropped in a dropbox folder, copying the extracted content to another dropbox folder of the same account.
The flow works with zip files less than 1 MB, but failed when I tried uploading a file larger than 100 MB. There was no error message or record in run history. The flow just seems to ignore the file. There's enough storage in the dropbox account.
I do not see info on the limit of file size for the free plan. Is this a bug?

The issue is confirmed on my side. There is a limit in message size of Microsoft Flow, the max size is 100 MB currently.
