Is set up a teamsite with a couple of flows triggering actions and this worked perfectly. So I wanted to reproduce this for another site. I saved each flow under another name and changed all the variables. However, two flows are triggered minutes too late and this ruins the user experience I designed.
I already tried to recreate flows from the ground up for the new site, this didn't help.
Can anyone please help?
@WimvanDelft, the flows triggers at most at a one minute frequency. From the snapshot, the "seconds" precision of when the item was created is not clear - and so the flow did run in approximately 1 minute interval of the item being created.
Furthermore, we can never compare times to exact precision since all these services are hosted or run on different computers. The clocks on these machines would never be in perfect sync (clock skew), and so there would be at least few seconds difference.
Also, at this point of time, there are no known issues with Sharepoint triggers lagging. So, the "delay" you are observing is by design - until we start supporting trigger frequency in the order of seconds.
@kartikraop Thanks for your reply.
The thing is, it does not run in approximately one minute: see the flow at the right that ran at 09:29, three minutes late.
Also note that the flows that run on the old site are almost instantaneously after the creation of the item.
I don't think that the delay I observe is by design. Could there be something I overlook or a bug at flows' end?
It has 5 minutes checks... But how is it possible that it triggers on one site instantly and it takes up to 5 minutes in another site?
Also, is a paid plan needed for every user that triggers or is affected by a flow or only for the user that creates flows?
