Get File Content - Problems with punctuation marks

Hi, I have a flow that retrieves the file content from a sharepoint online page. When there is a special punctuation mark, flow cannot retrieve it. For example, flow changes the é or ë to  �  as an example. Anyone have an idea how I can fix this?>

Could you share the screenshot of Flow configuration?

What type of file do you want to get that? If it is docx, its content has been transcoded and cannot be parsed through the existing features.

Please provide more details.
