Group Forms that used to flow properly no longer work

I now get flow errors on the submission of forms where the flows all stopped working mid December 2020.  I know how to load the form address to be able to see it if I want to create a new flow, but the build model has changed and I can no longer see any of the dynamic content that was entered when trying to generate an email notification.

Can someone please tell me what broke and if the only route is to completely rebuild my forms and not make them group forms since that might still work.

I made no changes so do not know why what worked fine suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.

Hello RossChevalier, 

Have you tried to save the flow as another one and try on the new flow? There's no bug as I know regarding flow  not ttriggered by form after mid Dec 2020. 

'I can no longer see any of the dynamic content that was entered when trying to generate an email notification.' It would happen when your Power Platform alternate version. If you still found flow couldn't be triggered normally under new flow, please raise a service ticket and provide your flow id to support engineer for further investigation. Thanks.
