Intermittent Errors with Backend or HTTP Request Time Outs and HTTP status code 504

Starting on 9/22 at around noon, our Power Automate Flow which writes Sales Orders into D365 Finance from D365 CE started to fail with no specific error, just a general "Request to backend service timed out" when looping through the Sales Lines.  This was a big issue in that it had already written the Header.  In order to resubmit, we had to delete all of the "Header Only" Sales Orders and then resubmit.


Today, the Sales Order Header and Lines worked but the HTTP Request for "Success" timed out with the Status Code 504 error.


Everything I find is that this is "intermittent", just resubmit. However, this is a mission critical business process and we need whatever underlying issues that are causing this slowness to be resolved but we don't even know how to report it.
