Limitation with Microsoft Teams connector to create a chat

The Microsoft Teams connector's create chat (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/teams/#create-a-chat) appears to be limited to only 19 members (effectively 20 as it always assumes to add yourself). It would be excellent if this could be expanded up to the 250 member limit with chats.
