LiveChat trigger for "Ticket is Created" is not working

I created a very basic flow to test the trigger out and it does not execute when I create a ticket in LiveChat. And I do have the API connection to LiveChat set up properly. Nothing shows up in run history.

I rebuilt using the SMTP action and tried creating another ticket in LiveChat. Trigger did not fire off.

 

As a test I went in flow and ran the trigger manually and that doesn't work either. Doesn't seem to have all the right information, I guess.

For what it's worth, Zapier worked flawlessly the first time. No fussing around.

Hi @robertcaretta,

 

Do you create a Logic app in Azure?

Further, do you click “Run” button in Logic App Designer to run the flow before you create a ticket in LiveChat?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow’s configuration as below:13.JPGThe flow works successfully as below:14.JPG

Please check if you have clicked “Run” button in Logic App Designer to run the flow. Besides, please take a try to create the flow in Microsoft Flow and check if the issue still exists.

 

Also please check if you have created a proper connection to LiveChat connector, if the connection is invalid, please update the connection.

I'm at a loss with this. Still doesn't work for me.   Any chance you can export your Logic App and attach it here?

I am using Azure Logic Apps, not Flow. Unfortuantely within Flow it is considered a "Premium" product and I don't have access to it there. I've tried everything. Rebuilding it, re-checking the API connections, placed the end point URL in the LiveChat system. What am I missing? LOL

 

Mine is built basically just like yours. I keep getting the error.

ExpressionEvaluationFailed. The execution of template action 'For_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@triggerBody()?['ticket']?['events']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

 

Also, the trigger is just not working as well.

I figured it out, I believe my webhook call was wrong. This has to be placed in LiveChat for the Logic App to kick off.
