Lost Team flows shared through a distribution list

Hey Guys,

Don't know if this is a bug on the system or something that MS changed but we currently add owners to our flows through a distribution list, that list contains several users that we want to grant ownership to our flows (me included).

But since last Thursday my 'Team flows' lists is now smaller because I cannot see all the flows shared to me through that dist list.

Did MS changed something in the meantime? Do you think someone in our tenant can have changed something?

This was very strange since in the morning it was working and afternoon stopped.

Thanks a lot

Tiago

Strangely enough my manager removed the group and added it back into 1 flow and all of a sudden all others showed up..

this is very strange, never happened to us.

Hi @TiagoCosta1983,

I think it might not a bug, everyone who is the Flow owner can add or remove other owners, no matter this one whether it is the Flow creator. So I think it is caused by someone of the Flow owner remove you from the Team Flow.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-team-flows#create-a-team-flow

You could check your colleague's team Flow whether it happened the same issue, also, you could ask the Team Flow owner to add you back.

Hey,

Thanks for the answer, but no one removed me or my colleagues from the distribution list or flows.

we have a small team here and I checked with them and no one done that.

Simply the Mail enabled security group stopped working.

kr

Another thing we noticed is that since we use mail enabled security lists to grant access to Power Apps, those also stopped working and users are now complaining that they lost access to their apps.

Someone really flipped the wrong switch.

Hi @TiagoCosta1983

OK, so you could let the Flow owner add you back firstly, then monitor this issue if it would happen again.

I will try to reproduce the same issue to find the resource.

Hey @v-litu-msft

they already added me to one flow and now I can see it , but the ones that only the mail enabled security group is there I cannot see them yet. (even though i'm on the group)

thanks

Hi @TiagoCosta1983,

If you are added to the security group, you could check it in the Group members.

You could click the Group details to check it, it does not appear, you could try to remove it then add it back. Or you could even add you as an owner of the Security group. After adding it, refresh the Group list.
