Hi,
Issue: We have created a MS Flow to trigger, when an item is created in SharePoint list (On-Prem) and in flow (On-Cloud) returns the date field value as One day before of actual date value.
eg: If I have a Due Date field in SharePoint List and created new items with a Due Date valueas 6/28/2019, but at the time of Flow trigger it returns the Due Date value as 6/27/2019.

Hi @Tharma_KS_95 ,
Could you share more details on the flow configuration?
I suppose that the column Due Date includes both date and time.
As far as I know, Microsoft Flow would change the date time into UTC time zone, while the SharePoint list is using your local time zone.
The issue wonโt happen if you are using Date only format, however, it will happen if you are using Date and time format.
You may need to add an action Convert time zone to convert the date time from UTC to your local time zone.
Please check the following blog for more details:

Hi @v-yamao-msft ,
If I kept the Due Date field as Date Time format, it returns the correct actual date. But if it is Date field, it returns the previous date of actual date given in MS-Flow.
And I have configured the Sharepoint App server(On-Prem), Database server(On-Prem), MS-Flow (Online) to IST time zone, but still I'm facing the issue.
Thanks,
Tharma KS
