Office 365 Outlook Contacts

There is a major issue in Outlook 365 contacts subfloders:

  • When you create subfolders (familly, colleagues, etc.) in the Outlook PC version, these subfolders are invisible in the Outlook app for Android.
  • As a consequence, you must put all contatcs in the root forlder, which is not practical at all.
  • Surprinsingly, these subfolders are visible in outlook.com webpage, but are also absent from the built-in Contacts app in Windows 10.

It would be greatly appreciated that you solve this longlasting issue.

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot of the Outlook Contacts in your Outlook app for Android?

I don't have a Android so I couldn't make a test on this issue.

Please share more details and screenshots so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

Best regards,

Alice
