Missing? Where did it go?
We use on demand actions in Business process flows and as of November 21, it is suddenly not available- and production uses this every day for creating task cards.
I’ve confirmed the feature still works in the legacy interface, but as of November 21 it is no longer available in the new unified interface, as it has been for as long as we have been using the new unified interface.
In the new interface- these actions would be listed above the “Set Active” box.
We are able to use the old interface as a work around but had migrated to the new user interface and can't determine why it suddenly quit working.
Did the Flow report any error information?
If possible, could you please share screenshots of the Flow configuration?
I assume it might not be caused by Flow interface change, it is maybe caused by the connection expired, you can confirm the connection whether still valid, check its validation or recreate it.
