Could you please share the screenshot or more details of your flow?

What is the trigger in your flow?

Do you want to send an email when a file is created in your onedrive?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issues that you mentioned, my flow would run once the file is created in the onedrive and would only run one time.

The screenshot of my flow as below:

When a file is created in the onedrive folder, the flow would run successfully as below:

And the flow would run only one time in the flow run history as below:

Please share more details of your flow so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.
