I'm using a flow I created, and submitted as a template.
It looks for upcoming events where I'm the organizer, and creates a GoToMeeting, then appends it to the meeing with the information.
It works flawlessly for one-off meetings.
When it encounters a recurring meeting, it actually works to add the GTM, however for some reason it also changes the time zone to UTC. So in my case, it moves the events ahead on the calendar by several hours (eastern time).
Hi @beaverm,
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Is there something issue with the Start time or End time of your Outlook event?
Further, could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Based on the issue that you provided, I think the issue is related to Time Zone, is it true? When working datetimes within Microsoft Flow, the datetimes would be converted into UTC format automatically. You could consider take a try to convert the datetimes into your local time zone using the "Convert time zone" action.
Please check and see if the following thread would help in your scenario:
More details about the "Convert time zone" action, please check the following article:

If you could provide more details about your scenario, we would provide a proper workaround for you.
Best regards,
Kris
