PAD bug: "On block error" doesn't work with Set Variable

The "On block error" action doesn't work with the Set Variable error.  The Set Variable actions are placed in the "On block error" and set the block error to "Continue flow run" + "God to next action (screenshot below).

When Set Variable errors (due to a missing reference in a For Each's CurrentItem variable), the desktop flow stops instead of continuing onward (as the On block error should facilitate).  If needed, the For Each loop is looping through a list object populated with the Add Item to List action, from some JSON.  When the JSON includes the needed items, this error does not happen.

I am having the same issue. I agree that it is a bug with PAD.

I could be wrong but I think that the "On block error" action will only catch the exceptions that each action can handle. So, for the "Set variable" action, since the action itself doesn't offer any exception handling, then the "On block error" won't handle it either.
