Re: Power automate -- not working for sub folders and files.

@sravanthivaka  There is a known issue about SharePoint can't handling sub folders and files. The alternative way is create several flows for each sub folders although it is time consuming.

Thank you.

@sravanthivaka  Could you please raise an idea in our flow idea channel. This is a known issue and need product team to fix.

I found there are lots of similar idea already raised and you could vote for them. Our product team would take this into roadmap when vote is enough.

Re: Power automate -- not working for sub folders and files.

@JessieH Understood , but for our workflows my users are creating several sub folders year wise which consists of almost 700-800 folders and sub-folder contents.

My requirement is when other users edit any document in folders/sub folders under parent directory, initiator should get a reminder alert.

Also 2-3 initiators are creating folders and uploading all documents. How can i create those many flows????

Regards,

Sravanthi
