Problem with connection with excel online and oned...

I have create connection with excel online and onedrive then i have remove access from the privacy and security. Now i am not able to singin again in power automate for excel online and onedrive.

i got error message.

“Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_onedrive/connections/shared-onedrive-E7F096BC-5DF8-400A-84FE-009B6FE15'. Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is '1a7dcbe9-7c14-4cce-8c00-fae44fd9d23e'.”
