When i create flow with trigger "When a Project is published" from Project Online connector on large portfolio (approx. 2300 projects) i receive error that trigger timeout was reached and flow is not working at all. URL of PWA is correct. Could somebody help?
Hi @cuchy ,
I have made a flow with the trigger When a project is published, it works successfully when I publish a project to trigger the flow.
Please check your Network environment and make sure it is working properly.
Further, there are limits for a single outgoing request, please check the following doc:

Hi,
my Network environment is OK. We are talking here about Microsoft Flow and Project Online, meaning Microsoft network infrastructure.
Yes, i have different PWA collection where same trigger is working, but on this one where 2000+ projects were created.
So, if the trigger request, which i dont know what is doing because it is Microsoft stuff, does not end within 120 seconds, whole flow will fail? Am i correct?
Hi @cuchy ,
Yes, if the call doesn’t end within 120 seconds, the whole flow will fail.
I am afraid that it is caused by the PWA collection you are using.
I will help confirm this issue and back to you later.
Best regards,
Mabel
Hi,
thank you for your response. Is it possible to change this timeout limit?

Hi @cuchy ,
Could you share the Flow URL so that we could look into this issue further?
Best regards,
Mabel
Hi @cuchy ,
I am still looking forward to your reply.
Please share your flow URL to help investigate into this issue.

Mabel
