Run After Action Timeout counts as Failure?

relevant submission on this forum

So this bug is still there and I'm having major problems with it.

When you mark an action to run after the previous action has timed out, the output of that action is 'failed' which means it doesn't run the subsequent actions below itself (unless you configure error handling).

can this please be fixed?
