Run History - MS flows stuck in "Running"

Hello, 

I have been having issues over the past weeks of MS Flows stuck on Running Status and not completing. Does anyone know why? Is there a outage?

Hi @eguillenv,

There no more details about your Flow run history, could you please share the Flow configuration?

Generally, the Flow will stuck in some actions need user response, such as approval request, they need to wait for that action.

If your Flow has no such action needs to wait, you could click the Start Time of the run, to check the run details to find which action stock in.

Actually the flow is based on conditions of the status of the request to be triggered. 

No need of waitnig for approval, just the flow checking for status and send emails based on those statuses.

How about use the Send an email (V2) action of Outlook connector?
