Send email with options automatically select the first option and proceed to the next step

Hi everyone,

My 'send email with options' action (Office 365 Outlook connector) has been automatically selecting the first option out of two and proceed to the next action (Control) without waiting for the receiver to select a response.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Thanks,

Rex

Hi @RexWang ,

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

The screenshot of my flow run histroy as below:

Please take a try to create a new flow and make a test again to see if the issue still exists.

Re: Send email with options automatically select the first option and proceed to the next step

Hi Alice,

I just tried and it seems the problem still exists, here is my flow:

You can see that the send email with options step only took 4 seconds to excite, I didn't get the chance to manually select the response.

Please let me know if anything is wrong with my flow, these steps used to work but just started to automatically select the response for people last week.

Best regards,

Rex

Hi @RexWang

Have you created a new flow to test it?

Hi Alice,

The problem still exists, I thought this is the place to ask for help from Microsoft, could you advice whom from Microsoft I should contact?

Best regards,

Rex
