Set Content Approval Status - Fails for "Approve" Only

I have created an approval flow, with three levels of approval. At all levels of approval, when the "Set content status" equals "Reject" the flow runs succesfully. As soon as I try to "Approve" the flow fails with an Etag error:

{"Etag":"\"{95DEB707-C2D1-4881-8AED-005F9433BC7E},4\"","Message":"The ETag of this item does not match the one used for setting content approval status. The contents of the item may have changed before the action was completed.","Succeeded":false,"ApprovalErrorCode":"etagMismatch","ApprovalLink":"https://__________/CorporateLibrary/Documents/Corporate_Resources/HR_Resources/Position%20Descriptions/Test-Folder/Document3.docx?etag=%22%7b95DEB707-C2D1-4881-8AED-005F9433BC7E%7d%2c4%22"}

serviceRequestId: 8ad3f330-2cc2-42e7-9a7f-191c80aa3011

I have ensure the ETAG is drawing from the third "Get file meta data", and tried testing with existing documents, new documents, at all status levels (pending, rejected, approved). Fails every time. flow1.PNGflow2.PNGflow3.PNG

Re: Set Content Approval Status - Fails for "Approve" Only

Hi @NetworkAdmin ,

Please make sure to add a "Get file metadata" action before all of the "Set content approval status" action , and set the Etag field in the "Set content approval status" action with Etag dynamic content from the previous "Get file metadata" action.

Best regards,

Alice
