SharePoint for a Selected Item returns encoded User info

When using the SharePoint For a selected item trigger, user information (email, display name, etc.) for the user who started the Flow is returned in an encoded fashion.

Re: SharePoint for a Selected Item returns encoded User info

Hi @ScottShearer / @marekbuban ,

I communicated with the development-related members on this issue, and the response I received was "because we are using it in a Compose, which has no type so it performs no manipulations on the field. If we use it in an email or string field it should be using the decoded version of it. "

Besides, we could use a string variable to store this value instead of Compose.

Re: SharePoint for a Selected Item returns encoded User info

Thank you @ScottShearer for reporting it here. I just would like to add that we noticed this behavior only on SharePoint Online site attached to Teams. On other SPO site using different site template it works as expected.

@marekbuban

I was able to replicate the issue using a stand-alone SharePoint online Team site as well.

Re: SharePoint for a Selected Item returns encoded User info

@v-bacao-msftthat is not true, I'm getting same issue with O365 Users connector, Search for users (V2), it doesn't resolved the e-mail, but string id.
