Please allow creating new FreshService ticket from a SharePoint list, more specifically maybe change the requester_id field from integer to string so an email address can be passed to it.

Hi @shaddy,
Thanks for feedback.
From the doc on connector Freshservice (Preview) we know that Requester Id field requires a user-id of the requester. For existing contacts, requester_id can be passed instead of email.

I have made some tests on my side. The field is always asking for a valid integer. It seems that a string cannot be used at here.
Please consider submitting a request on Flow Ideas Forum so that it might be taken into consideration in future releases:

Does anyone know how we can retrieve that RequesterId from Freshservice so it can then be inputted there?
I know how to manually get 1 but this defeats the objective of automation.
