The trigger has an option to watch a folder or the whole library.
If you choose to watch the whole library, the results returned do not include the folder where the file
existed. Therefore, I believe that this is a BUG.
What is the process to have Microsoft confirm that this is indeed a BUG and provide a solution?

Hello Jrath,
Understood it. From current JSON output design, there 's no fie path field from 'DeletedItemList'. Customer could report the design request from Idea where product group may consider it in the upcoming releases depending upon the post justification and votes

Hi Jrath,
This is current design that MS already mentioned the deleted item output list format like following mentioned
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/#when-a-file-is-deleted
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/#deleteditemlist
Johnny,
Thank you for the response.
Based on the way we are using this SharePoint site, this will not help us resolve our issue.
I have over 10,000 folder in this site.
What is the process to suggest/request that Microsoft add the file path to the deleteditems return data?
Was this just an oversite or is there a security reason for this?
thanks,
Jeff
