Sharepoint Connector Problem - only showing first 20 items from Term Store

Only first 20 items from the term store are showing up in Sharepoint connector. I have confirmed this with multiple managed term store values. Only the first 20 values from the term store show up. So if you have more than 20 items in the term store as managed metadata tags, then none of the ones after the 20th one will be available to be selected from MS Flow.

Re: Sharepoint Connector Problem - only showing first 20 items from Term Store

Hi @PleaseHelp ,

I did the test on my side, and it is exactly the same as what you described. Only the first 20 items are displayed in drop-down list.

However, you could use Enter custom value to configure this field. If the value you are configuring in this action is a fixed value, it is feasible to manually populate the corresponding value.

What you need to do is get this value first, you could get this value in the following way.

  • Create a new item in the list, or an item that has been configured with the expected tag value, and get the item ID.

  • The field value is obtained by the item ID and using Get item action, then configure this value is in Update item action.

  • Considering that the corresponding item may be deleted, it is recommended to get this value first and then manually configure it in the field.

Please take a try.
