I am pretty skilled at powerapps, but have just started using sharepoint online lists as a data source. It’s always been excel. Anyway, I just finished an employee recognition app using spo list and powerapps. The user can recognize someone for 4 different toptics, like “helping”, “teaching”, “volunteering”, etc.. When the choice is selected, the patch statement writes a new record to the spo list and then sends that person an email of what he is being recognized for. I also created a dashboard screen within the app that filters a person’s points balance based on the user. It seemed to work very well and employees were using it right and left. However, several have indicated that when they access the app, their dashboard now shows 0 points. When I check the spo list, all items are deleted. The previous day it was filled with about 30 or 40 items on the list. I check the recycle bin, and there the items are. I have restored the items several times already, but it keeps deleting everything.
This has happened several times since I launched the app on 5/15. Why does spo keep auto deleting list items?

Do you have any flow or appa that would delete data in the sharepoint site?
Please check if you have any flow or app that would delete data in the sharepoint site?
Please take a try to contact the sharepoint administrator to see why you data is deleted automatically.
