Totally broken Send an Email V2

Hi Flow folks,

Have you actually tested the new V2 version of "Send an Email" before you pushed it to Production? It's unusable - there are multiple issues with it, for example:

1) Some of the MS email addresses (distribution groups) simply aren't working, as shown on the screenshot, therefore Flow is unable to save it.

2) Where did "Send As" go?

3) Where did results go? This is probably the worst of all since it makes new Flow alerts useless - we can't insert results into the email's body.

Re: Totally broken Send an Email V2

Hi @Kona,

1) I have tested on my side but not find the same issue, you could try to add a semicolons after the email address.

2) Send as (From) field was removed in the V2 version, so currently it could not be added. There is a post, you can have a refer, hope some thing could help you:

3) You can try to add a compose action before the send an email action, and then try to find whether the result will appear.

Re: Totally broken Send an Email V2

1) The issue is affecting distribution groups; note: mail enabled security groups are not affected. Please DM me if you can't repro the issue.

2) It looks like "Send an email from a shared mailbox" still allows to do that.

3) You can try to add a compose action before the send an email action, and then try to find whether the result will appear.

This somewhat works but it's far from being a convenient solution, this makes things even more complicated - in some of the flows there can be up to 4 Kusto queries.

Note: for some reason, Compose shows two options for body:

Note, the functionality is still there - adding "@{body('Insert_the_name_of_the_results_here')?['body']}" works.
