Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame.

Hi Folks,

Hoping you can assist me.  I have created a a CDS "When new record is created" flow that inserts a new row into an excel spreadsheet.  The spreadsheet table is 100000 rows big and I am getting the following error: "Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame."

Please assist me in finding a solution.

Best Regards

Hugh

Re: Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame.

Hi Ziggy-80,

How large is your file size? I assume that it might be caused by the large file size.

I don’t have a large sized Excel table, so when test this issue by creating a similar flow, I don’t get the error you mentioned.

When you are working with a small sized Excel file, will you get the same error?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Re: Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame.

Hi there, I'm facing the same error. My workbook is pretty small in size (only 150 KB).

It only uses columns from A to AA and about 50 rows to build a visual form intended for print...

Is there any way to know why it is taking so long?
