Unable to re-add in Azure Dev Ops connector

My Flow recently started failing with auth errors and after re authorising and updating Office 365 which normally fixes it we attempted to fix it by removing and re adding the ADO connector. We are now not able to add it though for some reason.

The error we are getting is:-

{

  "status": 403,

  "source": "https://firstrelease-001.token.azure-apim.net:443/tokens/firstrelease-001/visualstudioteamservices/c...",

  "message": "Error from token exchange: Connection firstrelease-001/logicflows/de2df1f3-fee3-4def-89ac-27f7fe4d886d@https://firstrelease-001.azure-apim... is not allowed to access connection firstrelease-001/visualstudioteamservices/c6952f3df9bf40cc84a5d33a0bf44a73"

}

This is in MS Personal Productivity environment.

Any help in re-adding in ADO connector or fixing above connection issue greatly appreciated.
