This is my workflow for my item update highlighted in yellow. Yesterday the flow was working perfectly but today it seems that it is giving me this error. Is this a bug?
it's either this error
{ "status": 400, "message": "Could not parse lookup value.", "source": "https://jelglobal.sharepoint.com/sites/Intranet/_api/SP.APIHubConnector.UpdateListItem", "errors": [ "-1", "Microsoft.SharePoint.SPConnectorException" ] }
or this error:
{ "status": 400, "message": "User value is invalid.", "source": "https://jelglobal.sharepoint.com/sites/Intranet/_api/SP.APIHubConnector.UpdateListItem", "errors": [ "-1", "Microsoft.SharePoint.SPConnectorException" ] }
I haven't been able to make it work on my current custom list - "User value is invalid." error all the time. I tried making identical copy of my sharepoint list by using list template and it still didn't work.
Then I manually recreated whole list from scratch and tested it all the way through and now on this new list, updating item works with flow. It seems there is some problem with updates done to flow bahavior and it's compatibility with sharepoint lists created prior to flow updates.
It would take me days to re-create each list. I hope these come up with a fix for this.
Hi,
Have you had any response to this yet as I am having the same problem!!!
Thanks
Becky
I submitted a case to Microsoft and got this back from the technician.
We have already escalated your issue with the product group, team is working to fix this issue.
We will update you on the progress.
good to hear. thanks very much for sharing.
We have also this error:
"status": 400,
"message": "Could not parse lookup value.",
"source": "https://mytenant.sharepoint.com/mysite//_api/SP.APIHubConnector.UpdateListItem",
Any news / ideas?
Still waiting to hear back from someone, I really don't know but at my wits end to be honest!
Same issues here. Interestingly the issue is not apparent in the (from preview) environment that is created if you click on the free trial for 'Flow Plan 2'.
I've tried to see if can see anything in the environment admin but i'm unable to see the (from preview) environment.
So, a temporary work around is to use the free trial and then replicate (manually) the flow you're trying to use.
