User must delete a data source and re-add it if they change the flow

Observed:

I was creating an app and I created a flow and added it to a button. I then edited the flow, saved it and went back to create my app. I refreshed the page and the new flow variables did now show up. I had to remove the data source and re-add it for it to work.

Reproduction:

1. Create an app

2. Add a button

3. Click the button -> Action -> Power Automate

4. Create a flow that returns text

5. Save the flow and return to the create page

6. Add a text box and set the text to the flow text variable

7. Go and edit the flow and add a new variable and return this variable as well

8. Save the flow

9. Go back to the create page and note that the new variable is not there

Expected:

As a user I would expect the data source to automatically update and not have to remove and re-add it.
