Hello.
I need to create a new item in SharePoint list after receiving email.
I use in my flow "when a new email arrives" trigger.
It works but in a strange way.
Problem: after email is been received flow starts work and create "New Item" but two of them.
First is only with the subject and second with all necessary information.
I have used triggers related to outlook and Office 365 - the result is the same.

Could you check if you have another flow with the similar configuration?
I have created a flow according to your description. However, the issue could not be reproduced by me.
When an email arrives in the specified folder, only one item will be created as expected.
Please try to recreate the flow to see if the issue still exists.
