Widget from iOS Not Triggering Inputs

I have a couple of buttons that require a text input - for example pressing the button to add text to add a task to my Wunderlist.  Upon pressing the button within the Widget from the iOS lock screen the flow just runs and gives me a check mark but never prompts me to enter the text or inputs that should be triggered by pressing the button.

I imagine that pressing a button requiring input would just open the flow app and allow me to type but nothing is happening.  Thanks!

This is still a problem on 3/31/19 with latest version on IOS. My flow starts with a button whose first field is text.

I have the same issue and my Flow has text input first.

Apparently, Microsoft takes over a year to address these issues (well, they haven't fixed it yet, so we're still ongoing...)
