approval email notifications stopped working again

Reported this issue 3 weeks ago: "I have a flow with a start and wait for approval. It was working fine, haven't changed anything in months, today users stopped receiving email notifications.  Can still see the approval in the approval app on Teams, just no email notification." It started working after that so I marked it as solved. Email notifications stopped working again today

first approval request sent at 12:10 PM

No email notification, approved via Teams at 12:45 PM

Email notification for first approval request received at 1:17 PM

second approval request  sent at 1:25 PM

email notification for second approval request received at 1:26 PM

I guess it's working again.. would be nice to get confirmation that the issue is fixed
