flow automatically disabled - no consent server info in connectors

Help please.

Since yesterday about half of my flow are suddenly deactivated and can’t be reactivated - yet other similar flows are still working  . Error msg:

This flow is currently suspended since it uses a combination of connectors that conflict with the company data loss prevention policies.

I already logged out and signed in again. No change.

I checked the data policy in the admin section. The connectors used are still allowed.

When I try to reauthenticae the connectors I get:

{"Message":"The request is invalid.","ModelState":{"consentInfo":["No consent server information was associated with this request."]}}

@v-xida-msft:

Hello Kris,

thanks for your response. I saw that the issue is surfacing as "DLP" violation. Yet nobody in my company changed the DLP over the Xmas period / holiday season.

over the day the issue disapeared. Not sure what caused it.

Maybe a sync issue between different regional servers / regional settings. Note that I am located in Europe, but use the US local and region settings ....

Further Findings

Even the simpliest flow (Weekly email to a specific person) failed with a  strange error:

Error Code:

403

Error from token exchange:

Connection msmanaged-na/logicflows/xxxx@https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/ is not allowed to access connection msmanaged-na/outlook/shared-outlook-xxxx

Fix:

I was able to fix the issue by deleting the email step and readding it. Yet "delete certain steps and readd them" is not a viable solution for the many much more complex flows we have.

Hi @ErichH,

The error message told that the connectors you used within your flow conflict with data loss prevention policies of your company.

Please check the data loss prevention within environment that your flows belong to with the following steps:

  • Login in Microsoft Flow and open Microsoft Flow portal.
  • Click Setting option in right corner and select “Admin Center”.
  • Select “Data policies” tab within Admin Center page.
  • Select one data loss prevention policy and check the details of it.7.JPG

Within DLP (Data loss prevention policies) detail page, please check if the connectors within your flow are listed in different data groups (Business data only group and No business data allowed group).

More details about DLP (Data loss prevention policies) and how does it work, please check the following article:

Set a data loss prevention policy

Data groups of data loss prevention policy

Best regards,

Kris
