"From the compose box" trigger: Action 'manual' failed

Environment: Microsoft 365 Power Automate (Teams Desktop/Teams Web)

Severity/Priority: Minor

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new workflow
2. Choose "Instant Cloud Flow"
3. Name flow
4. Select "From the compose box (V2)"
5. Click Create
6. In edit mode, click on the "Create Adaptive Card"
7. Save default
8. Add new step: Initialize variable
9. Enter a Name ('foobar') and select a Type (String)
10. Enter dynamic content: Originating User Display Name 
11. Add new step: Post message in a chat or channel
12. Enter Post As (User), Post In (Group), Group chat (Dynamic Content > Conversation ID), Message ('Hello World!")
13. Click Save
14. In Teams, open chat
15. Trigger workflow from the compose box (click on ..., select Workflow app, click on flow name set in step 3)
16. Click submit (does not matter whether you enter text or not)

Expected Result: "Hello World!" message is posted in active chat

Actual Result:

Demoting severity to minor as I've found a workaround by using the "Parse JSON" action to extract the dynamic content I needed.
