We are experiencing an issue with the "List Flows as admin"action ("Power Automate Management" connector)
So far: only for the default-environment!?
Failures started on the 27th April 2021.

I totally agree. For me this is again a sign that the power platform is not yet 100% business ready. 😞
Is it working again for you? I was told this issue was fixed and for my initial tests, looks like it's finally working again.
Same here. Just got an information that it should be have been fixed.
Same on my side - Have been advised that it has been fixed, after a first few checks it appears now ok

I have created another service ticket to microsoft to reopen the old one.

Yes, it's failing again in our tenant. I also opened a support case and ask to reopen the previous one.
Same issue here as well. Looks like it ran for a couple of days and then started failing with the same error again.
