Even if there is recent history of Flow executions, and appears on the Flow screen, the "See All Activities" displays no activities.

Which browser do you use to open your "See All Activities" screen?
I have made a test on my side and the activities display successfully within my "See All Activities" action.
Please consider take a try to clear the cache of your browser and relogin in your Microsoft Flow again to check if the issue is solved.
